Specify the conductor and connections
Include the conductor role, cross-section or strand construction, connection method, soil or exposure conditions, and fault-current duty/design specification. Use the required CCS grade and copper layer rather than a generic family conductivity.
Assess the installed system
Corrosion assessment includes the copper layer, exposed cut ends, joints, actual medium and protective measures. A salt-spray duration cannot be converted directly into service life.
