What quality reports do you provide?
We provide COA (Certificate of Analysis), COC (Certificate of Conformance), and detailed dimensional and performance test reports with every shipment. PPAP documentation is also available for automotive customers.
How do you ensure lot-to-lot consistency?
We use fully automated production lines and a rigorous SPC (Statistical Process Control) system. Key process parameters (temp, pressure) are monitored by computer in real-time. Any deviation triggers auto-alerts and adjustments, ensuring long-term consistency.
