EV & Automotive

Lightweighting, termination, thermal cycling, welding and qualification

CCA requires termination and voltage-drop review before replacing copper.

Frequency, span, strength, grounding, coaxial cores and termination reliability

Do not treat CCA or CCS as pure-copper equivalents without design review.

For clad materials, layer structure and bond quality must be confirmed together.
