CCS combines a steel core with copper cladding. It is available in round, stranded and rolled forms for applications that require specified mechanical strength and electrical conductivity.

Select the required form to review its dimensions and specification. Wire, strip and foil have separate requirements; a family name does not make their specifications interchangeable.

Select the conductor by tensile requirements, conductivity grade, copper-layer requirement and service environment. For grounding, include fault-current duty, connections and corrosion conditions. For signal use, include operating frequency and the cable design.
