The route varies by material and form. Dimensions, electrical resistance and layer checks belong to the product specification, with sampling and acceptance limits agreed before the order.
Product forms
- Composite PV ribbon: interconnect and busbar constructions for module assembly.
- CCA: round wire, flat wire, strip and foil.
- CCS: wire, stranded wire and specified rolled forms.
- NCC: wire, strip and foil with the nickel layer defined for the connection.
- Rolled metals: copper, aluminum and nickel products by grade and form.
